Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• HVAC certified a PLUS
• Must have previous (property management) experience.
• Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
• Great customer service
• Multitasking ability
• Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

• To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in
• Implement preventative maintenance program and oversee it.
• Make sure that maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.

All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
