Outside Salesperson

We are seeking a self-motivated Outside Salesperson to manage a well-established territory of industrial distributors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). This role involves representing product lines with pride, developing long-term customer relationships, and actively contributing to a dynamic sales team. The position requires regional travel and a focus on meeting weekly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales territory to maximize growth and customer satisfaction
• Prospect new customers within the industrial distributor and OEM segments
• Present product lines effectively to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction
• Report sales activities and pipeline status regularly
• Manage sales pipeline to meet weekly targets

Required Qualifications

• Experience in territory management
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Proven negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Background in industrial sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of industrial sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Not required, but preferred!)
