Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Handle commercial cleaning duties in various settings including offices, breakrooms, hallways, and lobby. Outside entrances, stairwells, and common areas.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards observed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
