Nanomesh Technician- Graveyard shift- *please read job description*

This position will only be 6.5 hrs

Starting from 12:00am to 7:00am

starting pay $17.25 per hour.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Noisy; dusty and varying temperatures, depending upon season

Responsibilities / Functional Job Description

Performs labor and tasks that form the Nanomesh sheets.

Shred raw materials using an industrial shredder.

Weigh raw materials and place them into mixing tanks.

Place sheets on racks after forming and push carts into oven using rail system.

Remove the racks from oven using the rail system.

Weigh sheets and log information using database.

Trim sheets to the specified size using a die roller cutter.

Effectively communicate with the QA technicians regarding problems identified during performance of regular duties.

Communicates with other departments regarding quality issues.

Must be able to stand for long periods.

Skill in accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to take direction and be well organized

Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner.

Able to follow all Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures.

Wear factory attire(overalls), safety glasses, closed toed shoes and hairnet.

Ability to work and interact effectively and positively with other staff members to build and to enhance teamwork in the organization.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Must be able to consistently lift a minimum of 25 lbs. throughout the workday.
