Job Description

We are a home care agency looking for a reliable and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New Jersey.

The RN will be responsible for providing nursing oversight and supporting the delivery of quality home care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct client assessments as required.

* Develop, review, and update care plans.

* Monitor clients and follow up on their care needs.

* Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team.

* Provide nursing guidance and support to caregivers.

* Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.

* Ensure services are provided according to the client’s care plan and agency requirements.

Qualifications:

* Active New Jersey RN license required.

* Previous home care experience preferred.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Reliable, professional, and compassionate.

* Ability to work independently.

* Reliable transportation preferred.

Schedule:

Part-Time / Per Diem, based on agency and client needs.
