Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to train. coach, and hold staff accountable
Experience with TOAST POS is a plus
Flexible schedule and willingness to work 40-50 hours per week
