What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a professional auto body shop.
• Core Skills: Expert in panel replacement, dent repair, and metal alignment.
• Frame Repair: Experience using frame machines and measuring systems.
• Certifications: I-CAR certification is highly preferred.
• Tools: You must own your own standard body repair tools.
• License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Quality: High attention to detail and a focus on safe repairs
