Inside Sales Representative

Walker, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a confidential client in Walker, Louisiana. Essential Duties:

• Respond to customer Requests for Quote (RFQs) in a timely manner.
• Contact manufacturers and vendors to obtain pricing and lead times.
• Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Enter sales orders into Sage 100.
• Receive inventory into the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Track orders from initial quote through final delivery.
• Communicate with customers throughout the sales process to provide updates and resolve questions.
• Prioritize multiple quotes and orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives who provide new sales opportunities.

Requirements/Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Sage 100 is preferred but not required.
• Previous inside sales, customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
