We are seeking a Remote or Hybrid Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team for our BRAND NEW OFFICE in Opelika! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and completing a needs analysis. Are you looking for growth? You will have the ability to move into management quickly in 4-6 weeks.
MUST be located in Alabama. Remote or in office available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
