E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator

About the job

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator manages order processing, inventory coordination, and

customer communication to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and a positive customer

experience.

We're looking for someone who

%CF; Has 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, customer service,

or a related field

%CF; Has experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred)

%CF; Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills

%CF; Pays close attention to detail and maintains a high level of accuracy

%CF; Provides excellent customer service through professional written and verbal

communication

%CF; Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

%CF; Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

%CF; Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, and

Warehouse Operations

%CF; Is dependable with strong attendance and reliability

%CF; Is proficient with Microsoft Office and other business systems

What you'll do

%CF; Coordinate customer order fulfillment through the ERP system

%CF; Organize, track, and manage open customer orders

%CF; Process purchase orders and monitor order allocation

%CF; Communicate order status and fulfillment updates with warehouse and sales teams

%CF; Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and shipment tracking

%CF; Support customer service by providing timely updates on inventory and order progress

%CF; Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities

%CF; Record invoices and maintain accurate system documentation

%CF; Track incoming purchase orders and product availability

%CF; Add, update, and maintain product information within company systems

%CF; Escalate inventory, customer, and system issues as appropriate

%CF; Support continuous improvement of fulfillment processes and operational efficiency
