Export Logistic Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating international shipments and supporting logistics activities for various departments. This position ensures that orders, shipping documentation and ERP transactions are processed accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• Coordinate all export shipments, including scheduling pickups between third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and shipping locations.
• Prepare Bill of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, shipping documents and other required export paperwork.
• Monitor shipment activity and proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist logistics team with domestic inventory movements as needed.
• Support the export sales team by identifying available inventory to fulfill approved customer orders.
