Associate Attorney

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Attorney at Zazueta Law, PLLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling business disputes, personal injury cases, real estate matters, and contract disputes. The role also involves providing legal advice, conducting research, attending hearings/depositions, attending oral arguments, and assisting managing attorney at trial.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years litigation experience particularly in civil litigation or familiarity or interest in real estate and business disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients across diverse practice areas.
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
