Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Shift Hours: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to precisely bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to project specifications.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine production requirements and tolerances.
  • Tooling Setup: Select, install, and align the appropriate tooling and dies required for each specific fabrication job.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products meticulously for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with strict engineering specifications using precision measuring tools.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance while strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and shop protocols.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience operating press brake machinery within a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CNC press brake controls, machine setup, and general knowledge of tooling, dies, and GD&T principles.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical schematics.
  • Physical & Operational Stamina: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with extreme precision, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive fabrication tasks efficiently.
