The Sisters of St. Francis are seeking a full-time Skilled Maintenance Worker (HVAC) to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment at Mount St. Francis Center.

Working alongside our Senior Campus Engineer, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and facility improvements while helping care for a beautiful campus that serves the Sisters of St. Francis and those who visit our community.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
• Experience with building systems, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• The ability to prioritize work independently and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and outstanding customer service
