Now Hiring: Experienced Centerless Grinder Operator

We are seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience setting up and operating centerless grinding equipment and be able to work independently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of centerless grinding experience
• Must be able to set up and operate centerless grinders
• Strong knowledge of grinding processes, tooling, and machine adjustments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measurements
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain required tolerances
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Able to troubleshoot and make necessary machine adjustments

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Follow production schedules and quality requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Experience: 5+ years required
