Residential Leasing Agent

Four Seasons Property Management, Inc. is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Residential Leasing Agent to join our small local team. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, this position plays an important role in marketing our available rental homes, assisting prospective residents, and providing a positive customer experience throughout the leasing process.

The ideal candidate is personable, enthusiastic, organized, and confident communicating by phone, email, and in person. Previous real estate, leasing, or property management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Market residential properties to attract prospective residents
• Create and maintain accurate and appealing online rental listings
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct property tours and provide information about available homes
• Build rapport with prospective residents and provide professional follow-up
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the leasing process
• Assist with social media, online marketing, and other outreach efforts
• Help develop ideas to generate interest in available properties
• Maintain accurate leasing activity and resident records
• Address questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner
• Work closely with the Property Manager and other team members
• Follow federal, state, and local laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
• Comfortable speaking with prospective residents and conducting property tours and inspections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms
• Reliable and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing or social media experience
• Previous residential leasing, real estate, or property management experience
• Sales experience and the ability to build rapport with prospective residents
• Conflict resolution or customer complaint experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• AppFolio or other property management software experience
• College education
• Spanish-speaking ability

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, 100% in-office position
• The position operates during standard business hours 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday
• Occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required
• This role involves frequent communication with prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person
