Compensation
$85,000 - 95,000+ annual earning potential, depending on caseload and productivity.
Mileage reimbursement available.

What You'll Do
As a Home Health COTA, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions in patients' homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve their ability to safely perform activities of daily living.
- Assist with functional activities, therapeutic exercises, mobility, and coordination activities.
- Support patients in developing greater independence with dressing, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and other daily activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and adaptive strategies.
- Recommend and reinforce appropriate adaptive equipment and home safety strategies as directed by the OT.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising OT and care team.
- Collaborate with PTs, nurses, SLPs, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
'05; Qualifications
- Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
Home Health experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to support clinicians who are eager to transition into Home Health.
