Reports To: Department Team Lead
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Technician produces high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Employees may work in Bending, Welding, or Glass Production.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts.

· Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds or more.

· Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling during the course of work.

· Ability to maintain a steady and productive work pace throughout the shift.

· Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling materials, operating equipment, measuring products, and performing detailed work.

· Ability to safely use basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment.

· Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

· Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production demands.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Produce quality products while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

· Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

· Read and interpret cut sheets, work instructions, and production specifications.

· Operate manufacturing equipment and basic hand tools safely and effectively.

· Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy requirements are met.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Assist with inventory counts and production support activities as needed.

· Train and support new team members.

Department Responsibilities

Bending: Bend profiles to specification, identify profiles and part numbers, and use measuring devices and hand tools.

Welding: Set up and operate welding equipment, align and inspect profiles, and verify weld quality.

Glass: CNC machine use for cutting and breaking shapes out by hand, racking glass in correct spot for application while maintaining quality.
