Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

The Bilingual Recruiter / Staffing Representative is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while providing excellent support to clients and employees. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for open positions
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork
• Maintain communication with clients to meet staffing needs
• Manage employee relations and provide ongoing support
• Track applicant data and update internal systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
