Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Job description

We are seeking a Experienced Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in the Staffing Industry from recruiting and onboarding new hires, to dispatching and maintaining new hires.

Pay D.O.E

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Post ads on Job Boards and social media.
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Support On sites in Minooka IL when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• some recruiting or staffing background
