The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Dental Assistant to work at a company located in the Wilmington, NC area!
Job Title: Dental Assistant
Job Location: Wilmington
Pay and Hours for Job: $22-$28 per hour – Mon-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both patients and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Assist with sterilization and operatory setup/cleanup
- Travel to nearby offices as needed to support operations
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) required
- Radiography certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Chairside experience required (oral surgery experience preferred)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
Additional Details
- Starting pay $22-$28 based on experience
- Flexibility to travel to local offices is required
