Job Description
The Customer Service / Sales Support Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, Account Managers, and internal operations teams. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating fulfillment activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare pricing quotations, coordinate product sample requests, and maintain customer documentation.
- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account-related inquiries.
- Assist with sales forecasting, reporting, and account performance analysis.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, shipping issues, and other service-related matters.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining accurate customer records and transactional data.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage orders, customer information, and reporting activities.
- Respond to customer and Account Manager inquiries via phone and email.
- Create customer quotations and process sales orders.
- Update order status, shipment information, and delivery schedules within SAP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain, inventory, and delivery issues.
- Support customer account reviews and service improvement initiatives.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
