Job Title: Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and is responsible for leading project execution, team coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role oversees project milestones, supports team development, and ensures successful delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination with client stakeholders
• Lead and mentor engineering team members
• Drive process improvement initiatives across projects
• Support onboarding and training activities
• Lead weekly stakeholder update meetings
• Ensure project kickoff milestones are completed according to established procedures
• Coordinate activities among internal team members and study contractors
• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
• Lead client meetings and develop executive-level presentations
• Provide project leadership to ensure successful execution and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading programs and cross-functional teams
• Previous management experience
• Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
