Job Description
Are you passionate about criminal defense and looking for a role that offers real courtroom experience, meaningful responsibility, and mentorship from some of the best attorneys in the field?

Candidates must be admitted to the Maryland Bar and may be based in either the firm's Rockville or Baltimore office.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage your own caseload with significant client contact
  • Draft and argue pretrial and dispositive motions
  • Develop case strategy and defense theories
  • Negotiate with prosecutors and opposing counsel
  • Appear independently in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
  • Gain extensive hands-on litigation and trial experience
The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where mentorship and professional development are a priority. Associates receive meaningful training, direct partner access, and the opportunity to build a thriving criminal defense practice under the guidance of nationally recognized attorneys.
