Carter Services is based in Torrance, California and serves Orange County, the South Bay, Los Angeles, and beyond.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYYou'll be working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime available. You're the captain of our installation team, skillfully guiding our technicians in installing, diagnosing, and maintaining rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. Throughout every project, you'll ensure we complete quality work while complying with safety regulations. You'll coach your team, provide mentorship as needed, and follow design plans to make every project a successful one!Here's what you need to become our Lead Solar Installation Tech:2+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installationStrong understanding of electrical wiring, system design, and safety proceduresAbility to expertly lead, motivate, coach, and manage a teamAbility to test installed systems for efficiencyAbility to lift heavy weights, work from heights, and perform physically demanding workAbility to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and installersARE YOU EXCITED YET?Lead our skilled installers in completing high-quality projects!
