Lead Installer

Bluffton Builders is looking for a experienced bathroom remodeler and acrylic shower installer who knows they can lead, build, and run something better than what they're currently part of.

You will start in the field as a lead installer, hands-on, day one. Side by side with ownership, you'll help build the in-house installation team for our one-day bath division, train installers the right way, and set the standard for how jobs are done across the Lowcountry.

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing one-day shower systems and bathrooms to a high standard

• Training and developing new installers

• Helping recruit and build in-house crews

• Setting install standards, processes, and expectations

• Owning quality, speed, and professionalism on every job

• Playing a key role in scaling the production side of the business

• Experience with one-day bath/acrylic shower installs (required)

• Leadership mindset and high personal standards
