Responsibilities
- Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual.
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve
