Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in servicing our commercial insurance clients and providing exceptional support throughout the life of their policies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines clients, delivering prompt, professional service.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other policy servicing requests.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance (COIs), quotes, and other policy-related documentation.
  • Assist clients with coverage questions, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and team members to ensure timely, accurate service.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support long-term client retention through exceptional service.

Requirements
  • An active California Property & Casualty License is required
  • Prior insurance agency experience is required (personal or commercial lines)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar software is a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn commercial insurance products, coverages, and agency procedures
