• Open to traveling to project sites across the country.

What you’ll do

• Lead a tight-knit crew across multiple industrial automation projects.
• Enforce safety practices and quality benchmarks without compromise.
• Partner with project managers to align resources, targets, and timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems to minimize downtime.
• Train team members in field-proven techniques and best practices.
• Shift priorities smoothly in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
• Travel nationwide as project needs arise.

Must-haves

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Demonstrated leadership with prior crew oversight.
• Base-level understanding of control systems; training provided for the right candidate.
• Growth mindset and strong communication skills.
