Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) travel assignment in Berlin, Vermont. Start date 09/14/2026 for an estimated 16–26 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,490–$2,554. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Hospital setting with about 100 beds; Respiratory Therapy Unit providing 24/7 support for ICU and ED patients. EPIC documentation is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, including airway clearance, bronchodilator therapy, NIV, CPAP, and hyperinflation techniques
- Manage mechanical ventilation and NIV support using available equipment (e.g., Hamilton C3/T1 ventilators, V60 NIV, Airvo 2, HFNC, Bubble CPAP) in collaboration with physicians and the RT team
- Participate in external transports for adult critical care patients as needed
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in EPIC; maintain accurate and timely charts and orders
- Collaborate with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and hospitalists on patient care plans and protocols; adhere to unit procedures for ventilation and airway management

Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT) or eligibility; Vermont licensure preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP; NBRC verification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; neonatal/pediatric NICU/PICU experience required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3x12 schedule; willingness to travel for a 16–26 week assignment
- Education: completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program; eligible for Vermont RT licensure
