Hospice RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Our dedicated, patient-focused Hospice agency is seeking a Hospice RN ADON / Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team! You will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, diagnosis, and Plan of care of assigned patients while collaborating with our patient facing field Nurses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid NV Nursing license
• 3+ years RN experience
• 2+ years Hospice experience
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Field Nurses to treat, and diagnose patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating, hospitals, physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Keep the Hospice agency in compliance with the State/Federal Regutions
