CDL Class A Truck Driver
Job Description
We are looking for motivated drivers to haul timber, logs, and wood products safely across Northern Minnesota and surrounding regions. We offer top pay, well-maintained equipment for company drivers, and flexible, profitable arrangements for owner-operators.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate and haul timber/log trailers or flatbeds in varying weather and off-road conditions (woods, trail roads, highway).
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
Properly secure, verify, and document loads in compliance with DOT and state logging weight regulations.
Coordinate efficiently with loaders, site supervisors, and dispatch.
Maintain clean driving logs, maintenance records, and paperwork.
Positions Available & Compensation
Option A: Company Driver
Equipment: Modern, well-maintained company trucks and log trailers provided.
Requirements: Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.

Option B: Owner Operator
Equipment: Must provide your own Class A truck suitable for heavy-haul/logging applications.
Compensation: Highly competitive gross revenue share/haul rate.

Qualifications
License: Current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Class A driving experience (logging, heavy haul, or off-road commercial driving experience highly preferred).
Medical: Current DOT Medical Card.
Skills: Strong understanding of load distribution, strapping/chaining procedures, and navigating rural timber terrain.
Attributes: Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and capable of working independently.
