Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 employees, ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining strict safety standards. This role requires managing stock control through Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and coordinating multiple shifts, including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will lead staff development, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality assurance throughout warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Operate or oversee operation of warehouse equipment safely
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Ensure quality assurance in handling and storage of inventory
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for inventory control
• Manage staffing and scheduling across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Strong communication skills for effective team coordination
• Proven problem-solving abilities in warehouse settings
• Excellent time management to handle shift and workload demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
