Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

• Pick up, package, and prepare materials for shipment, including labeling, skids, cartons, shrink-wrapping, and crating.
• Prepare shipment paperwork, bills of lading, and coordinate with carriers.
• Manage incoming shipments, expedite parts, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, balers) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and follow 5S standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Comfortable using Windows-based programs and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Internet Shipping preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, stand for extended periods, and move about as required.
