Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, and other mechanical systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Assist with auto estimating processes for repairs and communicate effectively with team members regarding repair timelines and parts requirements.
- Maintain detailed service records, ensure compliance with safety standards, and uphold the highest quality of automotive repair work.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background as a professional automotive technician.
- Meets and/or exceeds requirements for ASE tests.
- Familiarity with Lexus, Toyota vehicles is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and diesel engine repair.
- Hands-on experience with schematics reading, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ADAS technology, wheel alignment equipment, welding tools, and power tools is highly desirable.
- Service technician experience demonstrating proficiency in auto estimating processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to provide a positive client experience.
