Location: Elkridge, MD

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Elkridge, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the daily inbound and outbound operations of our facility, with a primary focus on heavy materials including large steel and piping products. The ideal candidate brings recent warehouse experience, strong forklift operating skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, sort, stack, and stage incoming large steel and piping materials.
• Inspect inbound cargo for damage/accuracy, organize materials for distribution, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery.
• Accurately pick, pack, and secure items according to pick sheets or customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move heavy stock efficiently around the facility.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• • Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in assembling, production, or warehouse environments.
  • Prior experience working as a shipping or receiving clerk.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk throughout a full shift.
  • Must possess and wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times while on duty.
