Position Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialized floor care and maintenance

- Strip, wax, and refinish hard-surface floors

- Operate floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, burnishers, and other floor-care equipment

- Clean and maintain carpeted areas, including extraction and spot cleaning

- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results

- Communicate professionally with customers and management

- Properly care for and maintain company equipment and supplies

What We're Looking For

- Previous floor-care or janitorial experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

- Reliable, dependable, and responsible

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and customer-service skills

- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

- Valid driver's license preferred

- Positive attitude and pride in your work
