Join the Fast, Friendly, and Fun environment at PJ's Coffee of New Orleans in Montgomery Texas! We are hiring immediately for Baristas to join our team! Previous Barista experience is not necessary...but high energy, high enthusiasm, and an overwhelming commitment to Customer Service are essential!

Barista Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently provides EXCELLENT customer service with a Cheerful, Friendly personality by communicating professionally, and respectfully with customers while working well with team members.
•\tAccurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to PJ's Coffee standards
•\tCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend menu items (coffee, pastries, etc.) to customers
Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!

Requirements:

•\tCommitment to customer service
•\tHigh enthusiasm
•\tHigh sense of urgency to deliver quality products at a friendly speed
•\tPrevious experience as a barista is NOT required
•\tStrong communication skills

Compensation:

•\t $10.00-$13.00 per hour includes tips
