Full Strength is looking for a proven D2D Sales Leader ready to lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.


We're an established, family-owned exterior remodeling company serving Jacksonville since 1995. If you've already proven you can sell door-to-door and are ready to increase your income through leadership, this is an opportunity to make the move.


WHAT YOU'LL EARN

  • $52,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Personal Commissions

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Train, coach, and develop D2D sales representatives
  • Lead daily field activities and sales training
  • Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching
  • Generate personal sales while driving team production
  • Help reps improve prospecting, presentations, objection handling, and closing
  • Track performance and hold the team accountable
  • Lead by example and create a winning sales culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


D2D SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of D2D sales success
  • Enjoys coaching and developing others
  • Has leadership experience or is ready to step into leadership
  • Is competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Communicates effectively and holds people accountable
  • Leads from the front and is comfortable in the field

Roofing, solar, restoration, home improvement, windows, siding, or other D2D experience is a plus.
