Toddler Caregiver

Our toddler caregiver will provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom that encourages language, independence, exploration, and social-emotional growth.

We’re looking for educators who:
• Love working with young children
• Are dependable, patient, professional, and nurturing
• Can maintain a structured and engaging classroom
• Meet Texas child care licensing requirements
• Are committed to professional growth and high-quality education, have a CDA or degree in early childhood or education

Poised for Success Learning Academy was founded by educators who have dedicated their lives to studying how children think and learn best. We focus on teaching children foundational skills they will need to be successful in the real world. We have high and consistent expectations for our children and we use a positive behavior reinforcement system to promote positive behavior. We believe in providing all children with the environment and tools they need to be successful. We know how important parental and community involvement is, so we pride ourselves in building relationships, communicating frequently, and involving the families of our children in their child's education! We love children and we enjoy helping them grow!
