Safety Manager
Location: Intel – Chandler, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Position: 1 Safety Manager
Duration: 6–12 months
Pay
$40–$50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- 60 / 60 / 50-hour schedule
- Overtime expected
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily jobsite safety activities
- Ensure employees and contractors follow safety procedures
- Conduct safety observations and inspections
- Identify hazards and communicate corrective actions
- Maintain and review safety documentation
- Support site safety meetings and orientations
- Work with project leadership to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite
Qualifications – One of the Following:
Option 1
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
- At least 3 years in a safety management role
- Safety Engineering degree or equivalent
- CSP certification
Option 2
- Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience
- At least 3 years of safety management experience
- CSP certification
Additional Requirements
- CSP certification required
- Strong construction safety background
- Experience with safety monitoring and documentation
- Must pass E-Verify
- Must pass drug screening
- Must pass background check
- English or bilingual candidates accepted
