Field Supervisor - Retail

Job Summary

The Field Supervisor – Retail is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple retail

locations, ensuring staff performance, policy compliance, and a positive customer experience.

This role is field-based and focuses on leadership, coaching, and operational oversight rather

than physical labor.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and support retail staff across multiple store locations

 Conduct routine site visits to monitor performance, attendance, and compliance

 Coach, train, and support store managers and retail associates

 Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed

 Address employee concerns and performance issues professionally

 Communicate expectations, updates, and feedback to field teams

 Report staffing needs, performance updates, and site issues to management

 Act as point of contact for escalations and field-related issues

Qualifications

 2+ years of retail supervisory, management, or field leadership experience

 Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

 Ability to travel locally between retail locations

 Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

 Basic computer skills (email, reporting, scheduling systems)

Preferred Qualifications

 Multi-site retail supervision experience

 Experience working with staffing or workforce management teams

 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Physical Requirements

 Ability to stand and walk as required during store visits

 No lifting required
