ProSource of Daytona Beach is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator to become the first impression of our showroom. This position plays a critical role in creating an exceptional experience for our members, their clients, and our vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, homeowners, contractors, designers, and vendor partners in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and assist with showroom traffic management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist Account Managers and Designers with administrative tasks
• Process incoming mail, deliveries, and showroom correspondence
• Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
• Support showroom events, promotions, and member activities
• Coordinate office supplies and general administrative needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by showroom management

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
