Position Summary

Delmarva Collections is seeking a motivated Part-Time Business Development Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, property managers, medical offices, contractors, and other organizations that can benefit from our collection services.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Present DCI's collection and receivables solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Meet weekly sales and appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
