Flexible Endoscope Technician

Encore Medical Device Repair is seeking an experienced flexible endoscope technician who can inspect, diagnose and repair all major manufacturers including Olympus, Stryker, Storz, ACMI, Pentax, etc. in a lab environment.

The Repair Technician is responsible for executing the daily activities including the service of assigned work orders that meet the assigned shipment due date and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform the repair of medical Endoscopes in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
• Adherence to established repair and material control policies, procedures, and work instructions in compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Repair, assembly, and function testing of medical Endoscopes.
• Aid in the diagnosis and service of medical Endoscopes.
• Comply with ISO quality standards including capturing data for analysis and reporting concerns to the customer service team.
• Report any malfunctioning or damaged parts, equipment, or tooling to management.
• Perform other tasks when requested by management / supervisor on as needed basis.
• Represent the Company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all respects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience preferred but training options available
• Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Hand–Eye Coordination
• Operations / Service Lab
