Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities

Sales Associates are the liaison between the customer and the brokerage. Below are some of the roles and responsibilities they hold.

· Process and Monitor Customer and Internet sales.

· Professionally handling customer requests for tickets in person, by phone and by email.

· Taking initiative to find events to maximize inventory and customer needs.

· Support customer/marketplace requests, troubleshooting, and any questions they may have.

· Fulfillment of Sold Inventory to Clients or End Users.

· Cold-Calling clients to buy or sell inventory.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Pop Culture Enthusiast

· Sports, Theatre, and or Music Interests

· Some College Education

· Concert or Live Event Experience savvy (preferred, not required)

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills are, but not limited to team player, bi-lingual, proficient in Microsoft office, sales experience, organized and detailed oriented.
