Motorcoach Driver Trainer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train newly hired motorcoach operators
• Conduct classroom instruction on FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, customer service, ADA requirements, and company policies
• Provide behind-the-wheel coaching
• Evaluate driving skills and road tests
• Complete new hire documentation and performance evaluations
• Conduct annual safety meetings and remedial training
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain driver qualification and training records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of professional motorcoach driving experience
• Excellent FMCSA/DOT knowledge
• Clean CDL with Passenger endorsement
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Previous driver training or safety management experience preferred
