Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Bottle Girls/Waitresses to join our brand new, vibrant bar and lounge. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while managing beverage and food service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest engagement.
• Serve beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
• Manage bottle service orders efficiently, upselling premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling and serving
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as server, bartender, or host/hostess is required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, and cocktail preparation is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
• Previous experience in high-volume bar, club, or lounge settings is a plus.
