Material Handler

The Material Handler plays a vital role within the Warehouse Team by managing the safe and efficient movement, receipt, and packing of materials. This position involves primarily manual handling techniques and requires a focus on accuracy and safety in the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials within the warehouse using manual handling methods and reach trucks
• Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect condition
• Pack materials securely for storage or shipment
• Maintain organized inventory and adhere to warehouse safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in material handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of inventory management and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Commitment to warehouse safety practices
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks
