Location: Dallas, Texas (Office-Based with Regular Project Site Visits)

Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 per year (Based on Experience)

As we continue expanding our presence at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing airport concession, restaurant, retail, and premium lounge projects in active airport environments.

Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead multiple airport concession, restaurant, retail, and premium lounge projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Manage:
- RFIs
- Submittals
- Change Orders
- Procurement
- Buyout
- Project Documentation
- Closeout Packages
- Coordinate daily with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Airport Authorities, and Tenants.
- Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Premier's quality standards.
Preconstruction & Estimating
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Develop scopes of work.
- Participate in value engineering.
- Support procurement of long-lead materials.
- Assist with budgeting and planning for upcoming projects.
Business Development & Market Growth
- Develop relationships with:
- Airport stakeholders
- Airlines
- Concessionaires
- Architects
- Consultants
- Subcontractors
- Vendors
- Help identify and pursue future opportunities at DFW Airport.
- Represent Premier professionally throughout the aviation community.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess most or all of the following:
Experience
- 7–10+ years as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor
- Extensive experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects
- Proven experience delivering:
- Airport concessions
- Airport restaurants
- Airport retail
- Food & Beverage projects
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Experience successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- Project Scheduling
- RFIs
- Submittals
- Procurement
- Buyout
- Cost Control
- Change Management
- Estimating
- Quantity Takeoffs
Software proficiency with:
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office Suite
- P6 or MS Projects
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work full-time from our Dallas office with regular project site visits throughout DFW Airport.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates possessing the following experience will receive strong consideration:
- Direct Project Management experience at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
- Experience managing and delivering premium Airline or Credit Card Lounge projects.
- Strong airport restaurant and concession construction experience.
- Commercial kitchen and food service equipment coordination.
- Experience working within secure, operational airport environments.
- Familiarity with DFW Airport badging, logistics, operational constraints, and stakeholder coordination.
- Procore experience.
- Existing relationships with DFW-area subcontractors, consultants, concessionaires, and airport stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits Salary
$135,000 – $155,000 per year (Based on Experience)
